LEEFU Automatic Linking Sock Making Machine Features
LEEFU Automatic Linking Sock Making Machine can knit the sock or hosiery, link the sock toe, and then turn it over. LEEFU Sock Making Machine saves the workers and reduces the sock production processes. Because many young people are not willing to engage in sewing work, sewing socks becomes hard work that consumes energy and eyes. Our machines have realized automatic linking, and the linking uses one stitch by one stitch and the effect is the same as manual labor.
LEEFU sock making machine’s circular cutter can be stopped state when no yarn cutting, and the motor control needle pressed cam and circular cutter.
LEEFU sock making machine has double elastic yarn feeders, and changes two elastic yarn feeding positions when knitting socks which can meet the sock elasticity yarn knitting function.
LEEFU sock making machine has the jacquard’s needle broken detector for the abnormal statute which can improve the quality of jacquard socks and reduce the loss of jacquard needles.
The high-quality sinker cap works with the Terry selector, there are two working states of high-speed plain or selected terry. Two motors of the sinker cap make the high-speed knitting of plain and terry more stable, selected terry have a max 300 knitting speed, and plain have a max 350 knitting speed.
LEEFU sock making machine has one transferring device, which matches each needle of the knitting cylinder and takes the sock to the automatic linking device.
LEEFU sock making machine uses a highly sensitive yarn breaking sensor which can improve the rate of good socks, and make the alarm when the yarn is broken.

Linking Stitches
After the completed adjustment of the automatic linking sock making machine, we should test more than 12 socks knitted continuously. Socks should be free of defects such as missing stitches, holes, obvious sparse stitches, broken yarn, etc. The linking stitches should be even and smooth, with no leaky stitches;
Terry Length
The plating and cutting terry lines should be even, and the terry length should be in same length;
Transferring & Linking Sock Time
Equipped with a sock-transferring alarm device, For the normal sock, we try to keep the time for transferring each sock is ≤22 (s), and the time for linking the toe is ≤35 (s).
