The main knitting parts are latch needles, sinkers, foot pieces, and jacquard pieces. The butts of latch needles can be divided into long, medium and short.

Automatic Sock Knitting Machine Function
LEEFU Automatic Sock Knitting Machine belongs to one small needle cylinder with 3 1/2 inches (3.5inch), 3 3/4 inches (3.75inch), and 4 inches diameter. The knitting process of a pair of socks begins with the sock opening, which is the widest part of the sock and is usually made of a ribbed pattern for maximum extensibility. In order to prevent the socks from curling and increase their fastness, they are often knitted into double layers. In order to make the sock part conform to the shape of the foot, it is necessary to transfer the stitches twice to reduce the width. The heel, sole, and toe of the sock are subject to more friction, so more yarn is needed to increase wear resistance and elasticity. After the knitting is completed, the socks are moved to the fully automatic linking device through the sock transfer device, and then automatically completed with the suture line. Finally, the negative air pressure device completes the flipping of the socks and transfers them directly to the sock storage basket.
