LEEFU Knee Knitting Machine Features
The knee knitting machine is suitable for producing sports knee pads, medical knee pads, terry health knee pads, large-size pressure leggings, ankle protection socks, elbow pads, and other products with a single-sided special tissue structure. The product has automatic stitching, can be knitted according to the shape of the leg, can be made into a small or large head, can achieve gradient pressure changes, has a fine gauge (ultra-thin), and can be raised at will. The product is soft, comfortable, warm, and elastic. The features of the knee knitting machine are high speed, small jacquard stitching, seamless, large and small ends, bending, tuck, jacquard, and other functions.
The air valve assembly of the knee knitting machine is used to control the air pressure and airflow to realize the operation and control of each component of the knee knitting machine. Gas valve body: including valve body, valve core, seals, and other components, used to control the flow and stop of gas. Solenoid: Controls the opening and closing of an air valve, usually controlled by an electrical pulse or signal. Connecting pipes: Connect the air valve to other parts of the sock machine to transmit airflow.
The air cylinder of the knee knitting machine includes a cylinder, a piston rod, a piston, a spring, a sealing ring, a cap, and an axial positioning piece. The piston is located at one end of the piston rod, and a sealing ring is provided in the piston groove. The piston rod flexibly cooperates with the inner hole of the cap, and the cap is inserted cylinder’s port. The axial positioning piece is detachably connected to the cylinder port, and one end of the axial positioning piece bears a cap.
The existing knee knitting machine needle cylinder is mainly composed of three parts: an exogenous gram, an endogenous gram, and a needle cylinder body. The exogenous knitting plate, the inner knitting plate, and the needle barrel are all made of metal materials. The knitting function is realized through the relative movement of the knitting sheet, jacquard needles, and knitting needles in the needle cylinder.

Linking Stitches
After the completed adjustment of the automatic linking sock making machine, we should test more than 12 socks knitted continuously. Socks should be free of defects such as missing stitches, holes, obvious sparse stitches, broken yarn, etc. The linking stitches should be even and smooth, with no leaky stitches;
Terry Length
The plating and cutting terry lines should be even, and the terry length should be in same length;
Transferring & Linking Sock Time
Equipped with a sock-transferring alarm device, For the normal sock, we try to keep the time for transferring each sock is ≤22 (s), and the time for linking the toe is ≤35 (s).
